SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Brotherhood Clothing Shop. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. LOCAL DELIVERY (DAR ES SALAAM)
We offer local motorcycle courier delivery (Bolt / Boda) for addresses within Dar es Salaam.
• Processing & Delivery Time: Orders are usually processed and delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
• Minimum Order & Delivery Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your distance and order total.
• Driver Contact: Please ensure you provide a valid Tanzanian phone number and nearby landmark/street details at checkout. Our driver will call you prior to arrival to coordinate delivery or cash/M-Pesa payment.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (TANZANIA - OUTSIDE DAR ES SALAAM)
For orders outside Dar es Salaam within Tanzania, we ship via local bus couriers or national postal/express services.
• Estimated Transit Time: 2–5 business days depending on the destination region.
• Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout or communicated upon order confirmation.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (DHL & EXPRESS POSTAL)
We ship internationally to selected regions, including:
• North America (USA, Canada)
• Europe
• Asia (Japan)
• Africa (Outside Tanzania)

• Carriers: International shipments are handled primarily via DHL Express or Registered International Postal Services.
• Weight-Based Rates: International shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight (kg) of your order at checkout.
• Transit Time: Typically 3–10 business days for DHL Express, depending on customs and final destination.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Brotherhood Clothing Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. ORDER PROCESSING & PAYMENT VERIFICATION
• Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Money (M-Pesa/Tigo Pesa), or Bank Deposit/Wise will be dispatched once payment is verified or confirmed by our team.
• Please make sure your contact details (Phone Number & Email) are accurate so we can update you with tracking information or delivery confirmation.
